Toddler Toy Lowercase Letters Part 1/3
thingiverse
This is designed to fall through the plate as nine puzzle pieces made up of the lowercase letters a through i. A stand for the plate can be set on or glued to, and a drawer that pulls out easily is included. In the United States, warning labels are required by law on packaging for toys containing small parts due to the Child Safety Protection Act. To measure toy parts, a tool called the small parts test fixture is used. It is a cylinder tube with a diameter of 1.25 inches and a depth between 1 and 2.25 inches. Designed to mimic a child's mouth and pharynx, any object that fits in the tube is considered a small part and must have a warning label on its packaging indicating it is a choking hazard for small children. This three-dimensional object contains small parts at its current scale. The puzzle may be scaled larger but is currently designed for a 3D print bed with dimensions not quite nine inches by nine inches. The usable dimensions are six inches by six inches. If you have a larger printable area and would prefer to give this toy to a child younger than three years, please scale the design larger accordingly. You may also want to edit the lowercase i since it has a dot that could be swallowed by a younger child.
