I really like the Kazoo by PistonPin and I printed it for my 2-year-old daughter so she can "play" something. That worked out really well, but there were two issues: 1. As my daughter discovered that the lock nut could be turned, she started to unscrew it and as a result, the kazoo wasn't working. 2. She was inserting her finger into the hole and ruining the membrane. This design has a shorter thread length so you can tighten it completely to prevent unscrewing. Also, there is a gate on top of the nut to prevent insertion of foreign objects into the hole.
