Designing a flexible pipe stand that can accommodate varying numbers of pipes is essential when you have an abundance of them. To create such a versatile system, I envisioned a structure that could expand as needed. For pipes with uniquely shaped stems or longer lengths, it's crucial to provide adequate space between the plates to ensure stability and prevent damage. One possible solution would be to print the first layer with 100mm posts, which would accommodate longer and bent pipes while maintaining structural integrity. When joining multiple plates side by side for added stability, I recommend utilizing two of the 48mm pins available in the design.
