This is my take on a cannabis cigar mold. I designed it from scratch, drawing inspiration from other designs. This mold fits flowers of 32 gauge and wrapped cigars of 36 gauge, holding anywhere between 7 to 12 grams. The actual weight may vary due to differences in dry product. Be mindful when using the loader: move the stick down flush with the mold to avoid breaking off the loader. I originally used a modified packer from this design. The center hole was made for Wilton Treat Sticks, available at Walmart in the party section. A larger center hole provides better airflow while smoking the cannagar. If you're using two different filaments, please read carefully: MikA3D Silk Gold PLA and Spider Maker Matte Black PLA require proper calibration to ensure a smooth print. To use, assemble the mold, fit the pressure bands on, slide in the loader, and pass a 4 mm skewer through. Pack in your bud while tapping the side of the mold with your finger and gently pushing the skewer around in a circle. Once packed, let it sit for at least 30 minutes to 8 hours. Remove the pressure bands and wrapped cigar cover, then gently wiggle one side of the mold back and forth until it releases. Take care not to break the core while removing it from the mold: use both index and middle fingers on both sides to roll it out. Avoid lifting it straight out, as this can cause bending or cracking. After removal, roll the core and put it back into the mold in the wrapped cigar side. Let it sit for at least 1 hour to allow the core to expand into the wrap. When ready to smoke, remove the pressure bands, put the cannagar back into the mold with the round end down, hold the mold together, and gently pull out the skewer. Considerations: - Lighting both the 22/26 and 32/36 cannagars is easier with a torch or 3 burner lighter. Regular lighters take longer to light. - Using hemp wraps provides a better smoke experience if you start with good bud.
