Toaster Oven Knob (Kenmore 100.0460611)
thingiverse
My brother-in-law's toaster oven was missing a knob after his move, and it turned out that the replacement part wasn't available for his Kenmore Model 100.0460611. A little creativity with 3D printing came to the rescue; I designed a new middle knob that needed a slightly longer shaft pillar than the upper and lower ones I modeled it after. The FreeCAD file is included, so you can easily shorten the shaft pillar if you need an upper or lower knob. Since I didn't have any silver filament, my sister-in-law ended up with a white one, but my brother-in-law can always paint it if they prefer. The design was made to fit PETG and use Kisslicer Loop1 > Perimeter settings for the shaft hole. Again, you can modify the FreeCAD file as needed to suit different filaments or slicer settings.
