This replacement handle is engineered to seamlessly fit in place of a malfunctioning toaster handle. Verify that your toaster handle's dimensions match those required for printing by checking beforehand. This design should accommodate most standard toasters, ensuring a secure fit. The hole is precisely crafted to snugly accept 1.1mm x 7mm metal rods protruding from the toaster's outer edge. I printed this replacement using PLA, setting my layer height to 0.1mm and infill percentage at 50%. To ensure optimal results, I positioned the print with the flat side facing down on the build plate.
