This is a requested re-work of my Frog 100 frame. I've tweaked the size slightly to allow bigger flight controllers, such as naze32/afro32/cc3d, to fit inside comfortably. I believe it would also fit beef's brushed FC, but I haven't got one to test yet. **Added Updated Revision 3 Files. Tweaked some of the frame holes to strengthen weak areas I found through aggressive testing.** I've made a few of these for friends who want to learn about flying quads in a fun and affordable way. When using a cleanflight-based flight controller, I use my custom 6.2 Amp Brushed ESC's. **Parts list:** * Flight Controller + ESC or RTF Flight Controller * 4 x 8.5mm Motors (Hubsan H107C A23) * 200-500 Mah Lipo * M3 Hex Spacer 10-15mm *8 * Optional Camera - either fpv or video The camera in the image is a hubsan 2mp video camera cheapo clone, slung underneath and running off the same lipo as the motors + fc. I also have a little stand-alone Boscam CM205 with a 100mah I stick on top if I want FPV. I have used a stripped-down Flysky RX soldered to the naze32 with my custom ESC, which is glued to under the top plate. I also replaced the stock antenna with a little wire antenna (range is still good enough for me). You could also use a standard quadcopter FC with cleanflight/betaflight with the ESC output in brushed motor mode and some of my custom 6.2 Amp Brushed ESC's. If running without FPV, 500mah are fine; I find it a bit weak if it's fully loaded and switched to 260/300mah lipos. **Print Settings:** * Printer: Prusa I3 * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Resolution: 0.1 or 0.2 * Infill: 20-100% **Notes:** I usually print in PLA, and only in very heavy crashes do things break. Most crashes it's all fine. I would adjust the fill/resolution to get better layer bonding. I've printed this on my prusa I3 at 80mm/sec speed, and it's been structurally okay.
