Toa Metru Foot Axle Fix

A quick and dirty edit of the Toa Metru foot model. I struggled and printed several test prints, until I could make it fit on an actual bionicle part. I made it a tiny bit on the loose side, since I was tired of things getting stuck all the time. It stays on very nicely, but if you're having problems with that, feel free to scale it up a bit in your slicer. Print it as is, with supports, 0.2 mm layer height. And, most importantly, enjoy!
