To Honor a Dwarf
thingiverse
I aimed to craft a design that would be a blast to paint with lots of intricate details waiting to capture a wash when applied. After weighing my options carefully, I decided on a dwarf with a majestic beard. However, halfway through day 2, after opting to start over twice, I was seriously doubting my decision as I meticulously carved all those braids. Despite the initial uncertainty, I persevered and saw it through. This is the final result. It printed smoothly with minimal support structures in place. The images listed here have not been edited; they showcase exactly how it looked after removing the supports. I hope someone else will find a use for my little dwarf statue as well. If you do decide to print it, I would appreciate seeing the end result, so please don't hesitate to share and upload your creation.
