TO-220 to TO-263 (D2PAK)

Allows one to convert TO220 through hole packages into an SMD package similar to a TO263. This is meant to work with any number of the ratcheting crimp tools on Amazon (I'm using ASIN B01N0Q9ZUM).You will need to cut off the excess leg length while in the crimp tool to match the length of the TO263. As for the tab I use a Dremel, otherwise I leave it alone for new projects. I printed this part with 3dxtech ABSGF10 due to it's high tensile strength and ease of printing on a stock Ender 3.I'm including a blank upper and lower template so you can make your own crimp dies; with the aforementioned material crimping metal connectors is rather easy.
With this file you will be able to print TO-220 to TO-263 (D2PAK) with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on TO-220 to TO-263 (D2PAK).
