TNT Dynamite
prusaprinters

I designed up this TNT explosive to use on BANG!, the card game. Whenever the dynamite card is played, the printed explosive is passed from player to player until it "explodes".

Printing:

Print the tube and the support at the same time, centering the support under the tube. It's made to be printed vertically.

Print the two caps to cover both ends. It's designed to have a diameter about 1mm smaller than the tube hole. It has to be glued to stay in place. You can print it a little bigger If you prefer a tight closing instead of gluing.

Print the fuse and glue it to one of the caps. I got the fuse from this models: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3011464

The dynamite has a 30mm diameter and 130mm width without the fuse (170mm with the fuse).

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

FlashForge

Printer:

Finder

Rafts:

Yes

Supports:

No

Resolution:

200

Infill:

10

Filament: GST3D PLA

Notes:

You will need supports if you do not use the included one.

Post-Printing =============
Painting and Weight

I used 3 wine corks inside the tube to give it a little weight. It fits and feels great.
I painted the letters black and the tip of the fuse with red and yellow glitter glue to make it seems lit.

Category: Props
