A reconstructed iron cauldron was discovered in 2011 from archaeological excavations surrounding the Tuomiokirkko churchyard wall. The cauldron is part of the Turku Museum Centre's collections. 3D digitizations were made using RealityCapture software from a series of 339 photographs. The original polygon mesh has been simplified from 11,996,568 polygons to 419,878. Digitization was produced by the joint archaeological artefact 3D digitization project of the University of Turku's archaeology department, the Turku Museum Centre and Aboa Vetus et Ars Nova museum.
