TLID stands for "Time Left in Day". I designed this minimalistic clock to overcome my habit of sleeping late and waking up late. By displaying time as a fraction, I can see how much time is left when I wake up. The top half represents morning, while the bottom half represents night, divided into 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. Since it's 16 hours on top and 8 hours below, an Arduino and stepper motor are used to change speed. Assembly instructions can be found at https://souzoumaker.com/blog-1/2018/7/30/tlid-clock. A demo of TLID is available at https://youtu.be/chWALm2KTi4. The following parts are required: Clock face top: 1 Clock face bottom: 1 Clock shell: 1 Clock base: 1 Spacer: 2 (if screw head is too small to hold stepper motor in place) Stepper pulley: 1 Bearing pulley: 1 Bearing pin: 1 Magnet holder: 1 Quarter marker: 2 Half marker: 2 Three quarter marker: 2 Full marker: 4
