TL4100 Replacment Bearing Block

I'd finally had enough of the self-lubricating bearing that came with the unit - it was too sloppy, causing chatter that restricted speed. I ordered some plain LM8UU bearings and built a custom bearing block to match. Please note that I used metal 15mm stand-offs as axis adjusters and for mating between the bearing block and belt bracket. The bracket will follow soon. I also had to tweak the DELTA_SMOOTH_ROAD_OFFSET and DELTA_DIAGONAL_ROD values once I fitted it in. After testing, the unit ran significantly quieter and I was able to double my print speeds while maintaining high accuracy.
