This design secures the TL Smoothers into the chassis, proving especially valuable for FLSUN models among other applications. Issues addressed in this design include:\r\n\r\n1. Air convection for heat dissipation within the chassis ensures smoother chips are cooled efficiently and won't obstruct air circulation inside; even without heat sinks, the chips perform well.\r\n\r\n2. Easy chip installation is ensured by a clip-on design that holds them securely in place, eliminating the need for screws or glue guns.\r\n\r\nTo achieve an optimal balance between print time and detail resolution, adaptive layers are employed in Cura, utilizing higher resolutions only where necessary; default parameters of 0.12mm +/- 0.06mm with a step size of 0.03mm are utilized.\r\n\r\nFeel free to experiment with fixed-resolution mode and share your experiences regarding the clip-on design's performance; this would be invaluable in refining the current design, which has undergone multiple iterations already.\r\n\r\nEnjoy using it!\r\n\r\n[Update: August 25, 2020]\r\nVersion 3 is now available for improved structure. I've noted that the base of version 2 may slightly bend over time when printed with PLA due to heat from the chips and gravity; although this bending doesn't cause any significant issues, version 3 should offer better performance if PLA is used.
