TL Smoother Holder 4x

I added extra features to the TL Smoother holder, doubling its capacity to accommodate four smoothers at once. Unfortunately, this modified design won't fit within the standard CR10 controller housing. After examining the controller's internal layout, I realized it wouldn't be a good idea to try and force the larger holder inside, so I decided to stick with the original design instead.
