TKey-G1: Keyboard dock / Kickstand for Toughpad FZ-G1
thingiverse
This is a stand + keyboard base I designed for the Panasonic Toughpad FZ-G1.It can be easily assembled and disassembled using two M4 screws. It's compatible with a thick battery. You can also use it as a desktop stand without installing the keyboard.(Due to the G1's heavy body and the lightweight keyboard, the final installed form resembles a Surface.)About the Bluetooth keyboard:I purchased this unbranded keyboard, quite inexpensive, for about US$10. You might find a similar one on AliExpress or Taobao.com.The seller's description: 9-inch/8.9-inch black with touch, dimensions 230x150x6mm.The hardware needed is as follows:For Step 1:2 x M3x10mm screws2 x M3 nutsFor Step 2 (used to install the keyboard holder):16 x M3x5mm screws16 x M3 nutsFor Step 2 (used for hinge installation):2 x M3x20mm screws2 x M3 nutsFor Step 4 (used to connect base and plug):2 x M4 screws2 x M4 nuts.
