TK Card Holder
thingiverse
Some 501st TK Stormtrooper friends of mine shared with me a problem they face at conventions when other TK's are around... they all have had TK "baseball" type cards made, but don't have an easy way to carry them while trooping in costume. 501st and Rebel Legion members like to trade cards as a way to stay connected. So one of my friends who I'll attribute this design to, Gary Hill, built a prototype out of spare plastic and allowed me to measure it and recreate it in a 3D model. This two-part model is meant to be glued together as the photos show. You may need to drill out the holes in the main body for the pegs to fit into (I'll update the model eventually). The clip portion should be oriented on its side in your slicer program. (It prints better that way without supports). The larger hole in the main body is intended for your cards, and the smaller hole Gary uses to hold a pen or a Sharpie marker... something else they like having handy while trooping.
