I replaced my Tivo Tarantula's broken end plate by copying its layout, adding some strengthening modifications, and printing it on an Anycubic Photon DLP printer in resin form. This new plate seems to be working perfectly without any heat-related issues. I also upgraded the bearing wheel spacers with two small washers to ensure smooth operation.
