The design has been tweaked to produce a single-skin (1 perimeter) result when sliced in Slic3r. Moreover, the internal structure has been completely eliminated in favor of a hybrid wood/3D print design. This modified design consists of three distinct components: 1. The boom holder now features an 8mm diameter hole for securing the carbon boom and is attached to a ply plate that spans the length of the fuselage using adhesive. 2. The Fuselage skin serves as the outermost layer, boasting a thickness of just one perimeter. 3. Similarly, the Nose skin also boasts a single-perimeter thickness.
