TitanItalyDelta - for WASP 3D Printers

This file is designed for sharing our extensive research & development efforts on customizing the Italian-made Delta WASP family 3D printers (www.wasproject.it). We've created this case to fit one high-quality All Metal E3D V6 extruder and one E3D Titan Puller from www.e3donline.com. With this case, you can build a complete direct extruder ALL METAL with the BEST QUALITY on the market. To assemble it, you'll need two 30x30 mm fans: one for the heatbreak of the j-head and another for refreshing the printing area. This setup works perfectly with a simple RAMPS 1.4 and an excellent ARDUINO Mega 2560. We're currently updating this project, so please get in touch to stay informed. Print Settings: We use ASA polymer from FormFutura Holland (www.formfutura.com) for its exceptional thermal resistance. To achieve the best results, we recommend using supports and printing it with extra strength, especially on the nozzle side, which should be 0.6 or 0.8 mm. How I Designed This: ITALYmaker specializes in R&D for Italian 3D printers, working closely with the brands we represent. We began by assembling the PowerWASP EVO hand-made and have since developed a Conversion KIT to transform all DeltaWASP into a FULL Metal DIRECT extruder machine. All the best from ITALY!
