TitanItalyDelta - for WASP 3D Printers

This file is for sharing our extensive research & development on customizing the Delta WASP family 3D printers, manufactured in Italy (www.wasproject.it). We designed this puller/extruder case to fit one All Metal E3D V6 extruder and one E3D Titan Puller - www.e3donline.com. With this case, you can build a complete direct extruder ALL METAL with the BEST QUALITY on the market by yourself. You will need 2 30x30 mm fans: one for the heatbreak of the j-head and another for refreshing the printing area. The entire setup works perfectly with a simple RAMPS 1.4 and a good ARDUINO Mega 2560. We are currently working on an update to this project, so let's stay in touch. Print Settings Notes: We use ASA polymer to achieve the best thermal resistance - the ApolloX from FormFutura Holland (www.formfutura.com). Please use supports and print it as strong as possible (the good nozzle side should be 0.6 or 0.8 mm). How I Designed This As ITALYmaker, we specialize in R&D for Italian 3D printers, aligning with the brands we sell. We started by assembling the PowerWASP EVO hand-made and decided to develop a Conversion KIT to transform all DeltaWASP into a FULL Metal DIRECT extruder machine. All the best from Italy!
