Update 4/9/2014: I've updated all of the joints to make assembly faster and more efficient. You'll appreciate this improvement as soon as you start assembling this model. The new joints feature "grooves" that enable you to slide the joint on, then turn it to lock securely into the ball joint. I was thrilled when this idea came to me. He's massive, poseable, and ready for battle.... Be cautious with the joints. They may require a bit of sanding to fit perfectly together. If you're planning to make this model out of PLA, be sure to sand the joints well because they will crack when assembling them. I toned down the gun slightly. It was initially oversized. I added indentions to the balls of the joints to facilitate assembly. Take your time and work carefully. I'd love to hear your comments and suggestions. Thanks for your interest in this project.
