Titanfall MCOR Pilot Shoulder Pads
thingiverse
This design splits into two parts for easier printing and reduced cleanup. It features screw holes instead of modelled screws, which can be replaced with actual hardware from a hobby store if needed. The holes are sized to fit M4 screws perfectly. It separates into two distinct sections, making it simpler to attach them together using alignment pins (1.5mm diameter) made from brass rod. This design was scaled based on a pilot model exported from Titanfall and set to 6'2" tall for accurate proportions. The shoulder pads are designed with intentional variations in shape and curvature. The left shoulder pad wraps around padded armor, resulting in less curve on the backside. In contrast, the right shoulder pad has a more pronounced taper towards its bottom edge. A deliberate dent or impact mark is also modelled onto the right shoulder pad to match the original design's appearance.
