Big revision of my original model available here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2959964 **News:** -Cable management is improved with all cables routed through the right passages. -The cable guide was inspired by the MK3 cable guide and has been updated to make it even better. -The Bltouch is now closer to the nozzle, making the extruder more compact and aesthetic. The zone reachable by the toolhead has also increased. -I reduced the amount of plastic used on some parts while maintaining their strength. -The ventilation cone of the e3dv6 is completely new and allows for much better airflow to cool the heatbreak. -The fan duct is thicker and has a notch to fit perfectly on the radial fan. I added some play in the support that holds the titan, allowing it to accept clones and also stretch the motor against the gearwheel. **Required equipment:** - 4 complete Openbuilds wheel kits are needed: http://www.ratrig.com/solid-v-wheel-kit.html - 4 M5x40 screws are required: http://www.ratrig.com/low-profile-screws-single.html - A V-slot gantry is necessary: http://www.ratrig.com/v-slot-gantry-plate-option-20mm.html - 4 M3x16 screws for fixing the Noctua 40mm fan are required. - 2 M3x12 screws for fixing the Bltouch are needed. - 1 M3x12 screw for fixing the radial fan arm is necessary. - 3 M3x20 screws for fixing the radial fan on its arm are required. - 1 M3x40 screw for fixing the cable holder is necessary. - 3 M3x35 screws to attach the "cover titan" to the "adapt carriage" are needed. - 14 nuts M3 and clamping collars are also required. **Recommendations:** - Print the parts where the heads of the M5 screws rest with 100% filling. Over time, I noticed that the plastic could crush under pressure if not enough material is used. -Personally, I recommend printing with 3 or 4 perimeters for strength. - Use a filling between 30 and 50% for other parts, as more filling will make the part more rigid. -I only tested the ABS material, but some parts are very close to the heating square and may risk melting. In PLA, it won't hold, and in PETG, I'm not sure what to expect. - Don't forget to mount the Bltouch before the titan. - Do not forget to put in the essential nut to fix the radial fan arm. Voila, I don't think I forgot anything, good print:).
