Titan T1 ROV tether routing

I wasn't pleased with how the original tether was positioned on the ROV, coming out of the top without any routing, and I found myself getting the loop stuck on overhead objects frequently. To solve this issue, I designed an improved tether setup in Fusion, taking into account a more efficient path for the cable. Printing it should be relatively straightforward, but some modifications will need to be made to the ROV itself - specifically, drilling a couple of holes through the top fin.
