I made some adjustments to get my titan extruder working with my Prometheus V2. I tweaked the quick release design from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1192896 to be thinner because the top channel on the Prometheus isn't as wide as the E3D. I also modified the Titan mount to increase the depth of the bottom opening so it can fit the Prometheus. I don't claim any credit for these designs; everything was redesigned based on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1530555. You should follow that post for a list of necessary items and instructions, then just print the quick release and mount from here - you'll also need the stepper mount from the original post.
