Printing 75A TPE:https://youtu.be/MNSuiiIl1QoPrinting eSUN TPE83A with this upgrade.https://youtu.be/S0R_FAOXQnI10/22/2023 :My updated design of this mount has no loss of X Axis printable area, but you need a 8$ 42-23mm stepper, updated mount:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6277004This build is for stepper motors 34mm or moreI have 3 of these printersI eventually stopped using these machines due to the poor heat sink cooling and non geared extrusion this caused clogs, heat creep, and TPU and other filaments getting soft and twisted in the gears. Way harder than it should be to insert filement into the extruder. It litterarly cost less than 20$ to upgrade this to a great printer, I fixed these problems using same set up as my other machines, Geared extuder, V6, dual heatsink cooling fans (pusher and puller fan) and offset angled part cooling nozzle. I just drafted up a simple mount attempting to limit the loss of x axis print area. The dual heat sink fans eliminate heat creep forever , the titan clone extruder tightened well, will eliminate clogging. After the build I printed a thin funnel with TPE 83a demonstrate how effective this set up is, I am using the original stock stepper 42-34mm and stock parts, I put Extuder E steps at 415 and flipped the E connection on the motherboard (otherwise extuder runs reverse) filament will feed better from behind the top beam as opposed to regular feed in front of beam. The extruder lever hits the top beam as you increase the z hieght, first and easiest fix that came to my mind is you can try to add 2-3washers to the screws securing the top z tower beam to to the right and left z towers, if that top beam is moved forward about 2mm, it will clear the titan ext lever and give you another 30-40cm z height. (havent tried yet)for non wade V6 , my V6 screw in plug is needed in being able to slide PTFE into the V6 then into the titan assembly. This is really important for soft filimantents, but this is the standard of any extruder, and I believe people usually dont bother putting PTFE in this little piece of the extruder, slide on dual fan mount, (have to splice some fan cables or create JST splitter or plug both fans into the mother board)install the angled part cooling fan mount, the narrow oval nozzle, using M2 threaded screws, and washers are all in my designsI have 220mm x220mm (spring steel)bed,, and the Y stays the same, so my print area is still 200x200,you lose some z hieight you need to move the limit switch up a bit, V6 clone about 5$, titan clone 6$, 30mm blower fan and 30mm fan 4$, less than 2$ of Polymax filament.Printed with Polymax PC max, .4noz .2 layer, 20mm/sec 1st layer, 40mm/sec infill , rest settings 30mm.sec, 250C 105C bed 10mm brim. nanopolymer adhesive and set up a draft block, printed on PEI spring steel, this produced a slim tough perfectly flat mount. This is the only plastic that I know for sure that can print this thin and strong enough, heat resistant enough, using only about 20Gm of plastic. cost about 1$, I print other accessories with same plastic. Used self threading five M2 16mm and a 3mm and 10mm screw to mount fans and nozzle. v6 plughttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6050408slide on dual fan mount:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6250296angled part cooling mount:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6250399nozzle:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:62727665$ V6 12V clone:https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256804572473102.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.327.5f611802OzFlAy&gatewayAdapt=glo2usa6$ Titan Clone:https://www.aliexpress.us/item/2251832782760332.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.37.7a341802PI5Swy&gatewayAdapt=glo2usasecond 30mm heat sink fan and 30mm blower fan are cheaper on amazon in packs of 2-5 are well priced. 8$ pancake stepperhttps://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256805320783668.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.11.72261802dsHdyT&gatewayAdapt=glo2usa
