Titan Extruder Tank Mod

Titan Extruder Tank Mod

prusaprinters

I saw Greg's print head mod for the CR-10, and I just had to adapt it to the Titan extruder. I changed the stepper adapter plate, and slimmed down the main enclosure a bit to make it lighter and cleaner looking. I also designed an EZABL mount to fit in the spot where Greg had put a BLTouch.

It isn't aperfect design, but it certainly works! It takes a bit of fiddling to make this work with the titan, such as how you'll have to cut another piece of PTFE tube that is 21 mm longer than the one you cut for the v6 originally. I love being able to use the Noctua again, and the clean stock look of the design. All credit to Greg for the original design!

I also included the Prusa files for the fan shroud as well that I used, just so it's all in one place.

OFFSETS:

X : +44 (to the right)
Y: - 2 (in front)

6/4/19: Adjusted some tolerances to help it fit a little better.
6/9/19: Added non-supported meshes
Category: 3D Printer Parts
