Titan Extruder - plastic cover (w/ multiple bearing options)

About Did your Titan Extruder's plastic cover get ruined?! Have you lost your precious 9x5x4mm bearing?! No problem, you can print a replacement cover from this set that will fix that. Follow I also post pics and videos of my designs on my Instagram account at https://www.instagram.com/madxfpv. Cover options This cover comes in three flavors: * supporting the original 9x5x4mm bearing * supporting a 16x5x5 bearing (my favorite) * no bearing support Can I customize it? You can find the Autodesk Fusion CAD file attached, so go wild with it and make any changes you like. Why the 16x5x5 bearing?? It's actually the standard bearing found in a V-Wheel. If you can't easily find one in your shops, just disassemble a V-Wheel and you'll find two bearing pieces of this type and a washer between them. Bonus: keep the other one as a spare. The bearing is much sturdier than the fragile and expensive 9x5x4mm. Notes The "no bearing option" exploits the low coefficient of friction between polished metal and plastic, just like IGUS bearings do. The friction is decent, but it's much better to have a bearing on long runs to keep the extrude motor as efficient as possible. Enjoy
