Titan Extruder Mount for DreamMaker OverLord
thingiverse
This is a custom mount designed for the E3D Titan extruder on DreamMaker OverLord/Pro 3D printers. To assemble the mount, print it and modify the printer's plastic casing to fit its size. A flat-tip soldering iron proved useful in this process. When installing this mount, note that a shorter stepper motor is required due to space constraints within the printer. I currently use an E3D Slimline Stepper Motor paired with a clone TMC2100 driver set at 1A (maximum), but sometimes experience motor stalling during fast retraction speeds. Additionally, filament loading and unloading from the menu can also cause the motor to stall. To mitigate this issue, I have slowed down the retraction speed and manually insert/remove the filament by hand. However, based on my experience, I would recommend using a stepper motor with higher torque than the one currently in use. The E3D Compact But Powerful Motor appears to be a suitable alternative, as it did not exhibit stalling issues when installed in its original configuration. Keep in mind that individual results may vary.
