Yes, this is exactly what I was searching for. This handy tool will assist in extracting the filament from the plastic guide's end, right into the Bowden tube bolt. Just print it out, take off the extruder cover, remove the guide and housing for the bolt, insert the piece into the bolt housing, and put everything back together.
