This modified feeder lever of the Anycubic i3 Mega S reduces friction during extrusion. This is achieved through a 12mm PTFE insert located within the feeder. To create this part, simply print it. Cut a standard 12mm log of PTFE tubing. Insert the tube into the feeder lever using a plier. Assembling to the feeder motor takes less than five minutes.
