Titan Extruder Clone Servo Shaft Gear

Titan Extruder Clone Servo Shaft Gear

This gear has been created to replace the plastic gear that directly mounts onto the servo motor in clone Titan extruders on TEVO printers. It's likely effective for other titan extruders as well, but it hasn't been tested with anything except the Tevo Tornado Titan clones. The gear tooth is specifically designed to be printed, featuring a square shape that simplifies printing and creating infill. It can be printed using a 0.4mm nozzle, but at least 0.3mm is recommended. My main machines are still running parts printed with a 0.4mm nozzle. Printing at a layer height of 0.16mm yields the best results, as going lower or higher may compromise performance. When printed in PETG, this gear proves stronger and has less slop than the original gear that came with all three of my printers. It's still susceptible to damage if the nozzle jams, but the last version endured thousands of print hours. This updated design is more robust. As this is the third version, the design is well-refined at this point, so I'm sharing it here for others to benefit. Print in PETG at a minimum; PLA will likely melt.
