Titan Extruder BLTouch Mount

I needed a way to integrate a BL Touch into my Titan Extruder setup, which I absolutely loved for my Hypercube. Since it's designed specifically for an E3D v6, adding a Volcano might push the limits of the available space. The 5mm thick area surrounding the M3 bolts requires longer bolts than what comes standard with the extruder, but these are common sizes. To ensure clearance in all orientations, I carefully positioned the BLTouch mount at a safe distance from the heat block.
