Titan Extruder Alternate Cover

Titan Extruder Alternate Cover

Here is an alternate front cover design for the E3D Titan extruder that allows swapping the hot end without releasing the inner mechanism, such as the spring and gear. The goal was to keep the original bearing intact rather than removing it. To achieve this, I designed a version that utilizes an MR105-2RS bearing instead, which is commonly used in mini v-slot wheels. I created two different thicknesses of the hot swap cover and two distinct spacers for the upper screws. These variations cater to different Titan mount thicknesses without requiring adjustments or new screw lengths.
