[Titan] [Clone] LCitan Direct Drive for Ender

<p>This is a remix from my other thing: LCtitan <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3864187">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3864187</a></p> <p>I did a build plate to mount the extruder to use as direct drive.
