Titan + bltouch mount compatible with greg's carriage

Direct titan + bltouch support is now compatible with greg's wade extruder, featuring support holes and a prusa i3 carriage that has been significantly reinforced. Two new screws are included in the x-carriage to ensure maximum robustness and stability. The x-carriage itself is based on my previous modification of the Prusa carriage, which can be found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1446976 - be sure to check out the belt tensioner as well. V8 has been introduced, featuring hardened supports that prevent vibrations and ghosting. Note that the extruder fan should not be installed as shown in the images - it will melt with the extruder block. I hope this updated design proves useful to others.
