Titan + bltouch mount compatible with greg's carriage

I've designed a direct titan + bltouch support that's fully compatible with Greg's Wade extruder support holes and Prusa i3 carriage. The x-carriage has been reinforced with two new screws to ensure robustness. Based on my previous Prusa carriage modification, available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1446976, I've incorporated a belt tensioner for optimal performance. You'll also find a layer fan designed by Isograph user, accessible through the following links: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1571526 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1310161. Please take a moment to like these designs. I've upgraded to V8 with hardened supports to prevent vibrations and ghosting issues. For best results, do not attach the extruder fan as shown in the images – it may melt due to heat from the extruder block.
