Titan Aero Volcano MGW9 x carrier

This is a custom X carrier I designed for my CR10S5, which uses a wide MGW9 rail. It's specifically tailored to fit my printer with some minor modifications, but you can adapt it to other 3D printers by making necessary changes. The adjustable GT2 belt attachment can be easily modified to fit any X carrier or Y axis setup. To install this on your CR10S5, simply remove the existing X carrier and attach the homing sensor to the opposite side of its mounting plate, creating enough space for screwing on the MGW9 rail. To complete the installation, you'll need a few M4 screws and one M4 threading tool – or a heated M4 screw as an alternative. You'll also require four short M3 screws to secure the MGW9 rail in place. This project is ideal for those with experience building or modifying i3 printers, as it's straightforward and uncomplicated. The design has been optimized to work seamlessly with my Titan Aero Volcano fan duct, but I've included the Fusion file so you can easily modify it for use with the more common MGN12 rail if needed.
