All files for standard and mirrored versions are included. This is the Version with 2 linear bearings. Required Parts: Extruder: Titan Aero (Tested with original E3D-Tian Aero and Trianglelab Titan Aero clone) Hex Nuts: 3x M3 Inserts: 4x M3x8x5 7x M3x4x5 Screws: 2x M3 x 6mm 5x M3 x 15mm 4x M3 x 20mm 4x M3 x 25mm 5x M3 x 30mm Linear Bearing: 2x Igus DryLin R RJ4JP 01-08 (or similar) New, longer belt. Installation: 1. Anchor Plate: Install bearing using one clip. Install belt using belt stopper (see picture). 2. Main Body: Insert hex nut (three times). Assemble inserts (two M3x8x5, one M3x4x5). Install Titan Aero using factory instructions. 3. Belt Tensioning: Assemble inserts (two M3x8x5). Install belt using belt stopper. 4. Disassemble Rails: Open screws from the side. Slide rails out. Mount anchor plate on top rail. Mount linear bearing on bottom rail. 5. Slide Main Body Over Bottom-Rail-Liner Bearing 6. Secure with Two Clips 7. Slide Main Body Over Top-Rail-Linear Bearing 8. Verify All Wires Are in Correct Position 9. Screw Main Body and Anchor Plate Together (Four M3 x 25mm) 10. Screw Belt Tensioning and Anchor Plate Together (Two M3 x 30mm) 11. Adapter 5015: Assemble inserts (two M3x4x5). Secure fan 5015 to adapter with air inlet facing down. Attach fanduct_5015 to fan (see picture for correct orientation). 12. Fanduct 4040: Assemble inserts (four M3x4x5). Secure fan 40 x 40 to adapter. 13. Mount Preferred Fan to Main Body (One M3 x 15mm) Connect all wires and install firmware according to instructions provided with your Titan Aero. Have fun!
