The parametric version of a Titan Aero heat sink is based on a mesh from thingiverse.com, specifically thing:2228832/files. I created this in Fusion 360. Please note that the original mesh I used may have incorrect dimensions, and since I don't own the actual Titan Aero heat sink, I can't guarantee a perfect fit. However, you can adjust it - just find the right sketch to correct the dimension.
