Remixed to fit on the Wanhao i3 Plus version. I attempted to replicate the original hot end dimensions between the nozzle, the rails, and end stops in order to retain the original print volume. However, we do lose about 5mm~10 of Z distance due to the Z height of the reduction gear. Print with PETG if you print ABS or high temp filament. *Update 17/4/18: Added V2 with new belt tensioner and adapter for Ciii Cooler, Type B arm removed. Remove X rods and replace the bearing with new printed bearing blocks (No need to remove the whole carriage), use Ciii adapter block for Ciii cooler 4. Re install the X rods 2. Attach Carriage plate to bearing blocks with stock M4 x 8mm bolts 3. Assemble belt tensioner with M3 x 35mm bolt and nut 4. Attach it to carriage plate with M4 x 25mm bolts and low profile nuts 5. Attach PCB carrier to the top bearing block with stock M4 x 6mm bolts, and install the PCB 6. Re attach X endstop with stock M2 bolts, and install the Aero as per E3D instructions 7A. Attach the Thorped cooler to the Thorped arm with M3 x 15mm bolts and nyloc nuts 7B. Attach the Ciii cooler with M4 x 15mm bolts, or the Thorped arm + Thorped cooler 8. Attach the 5015 blower to the arm/Ciii Cooler with M4 x 25mm bolt and nyloc nut
