I created an adapter for the Titan Aero with one primary goal in mind: making it easier to print while retaining the aluminum base from the original extruder. This design allows users to attach the adapter using two M4 flat head screws, ensuring a secure connection. I also incorporated an additional support into the E3D fan to prevent any future pitch movements that could cause issues. For the fan itself, I adapted SlavikS' fan duct, which may not be the most optimal choice but effectively works as intended. The solidworks file has been uploaded for users who want to upgrade and improve the design further. Please note that this modification will add a few millimeters in height, requiring smaller paper clamps for proper function.
