When I installed the Titan Aero extruder on my Hypercube, I wanted to switch from the standard 4mm O.D. feed tube used with bowden type feeders to the larger 6mm O.D. feed tube, so I created an adapter that connects a short piece of 4mm PTFE tubing from the extruder to a fitting that accepts the 6mm feed tube. This setup reduces filament drag, which is always beneficial. The short 22mm length of 4mm PTFE tubing pushes 5 mm deep into the adapter and fits snugly, ensuring it won't come loose under normal conditions.
