Titan Aero fan duct
thingiverse
The foundation of this duct design comes from respected Achmed20's project (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3364313). My adjustments included: Reducing the height of outlet channels, while expanding outlet opening area. This was done since my original design contacted thermistors on output wire side, causing part melting at this spot. The total outlet opening area now surpasses a standard 5015-fan's outlet window area, which should positively affect duct throughput by eliminating excessive air pressure inside. I also modified internal air channel structures to make them smoother, reducing noise levels. Parts marked with numbers "1" and "2" in the screenshot are reinforced for durability. Now the fan sits flush against the base, preventing edge "2" from breaking off during installation.
