This is the Titian Aero Extruder Carriage complete setup for the Robo R1+ or R1. It comes equipped with front and back fan mounts, as well as a specialty chain setup that presses onto the Z-axis for seamless operation. Designed to be completely accessible, this setup eliminates the need for tedious wire threading when making adjustments. Although it still requires a belt tensioner at present, I'm working on integrating that feature directly into the carriage. This design leverages the ED3 Slimline motor's capabilities. Originally, I swapped out my stock hotend with an E3D V6 hotend and installed a PTFE tube leading up to the hobbed bolt for flexible filament compatibility. However, it consistently got tangled. In response, I acquired the Titian Aero and developed this setup using inspiration from other designs on Thingiverse. Chain design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2802560 Fan Design based off: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1000756 For optimal results with flexible filament, set the filament tensioner to its loosest setting. The only piece that requires support is the "Robo R1+ Titan Aero Carriage". I used standard bearings for the R1 Carriage. No modifications were made to Marlin settings for Z-height or print bed area; however, these can likely be optimized further. The endstop bolt (M3) was shortened to 30mm in length. Print the carriage and fan mounts in PETG.
