You can use this with any AERO and attach it to your printer wherever you like. Included here is a link to the mount I used for my Tevo Black Widow. UPDATE: March 4, 2020 - It got even better - version 5 is significantly improved, although starting to look a bit tweaked. UPDATE: February 29, 2020 - In response to ArdjunaMara's comments, I added a new version that directs the air through nozzled vents to increase air pressure and angle towards the nozzle. UPDATE: February 27, 2020 - Following ArdjunaMara's suggestions, I added another version with even more airflow directed towards the nozzle. Many thanks to https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2773016 for creating a rear mount for my Black Widow that I initially used. However, I was getting subpar bed leveling results due to its larger bed size and needed the probe closer to the nozzle. The prints were lifting from the right-hand side of my bed, so I decided to design my own solution. It still needs some polishing, but like many of my designs, it works perfectly on my machine. That's why other projects have taken priority, and tidying up has been put on hold. The layer fan is designed to get close to my V6 block, which is mounted lengthwise away from me with wires emerging from the left side. There's a groove in the fan to avoid applying too much pressure on the wires. Version 2 Update: 1. I improved airflow to better move air away from the hotend (I experienced some thermal shutdowns; it seems to be working better now). 2. Added internal details and tweaks so that no support is required for the layer fan anymore. 3. Included a support on the far side of the layer fan up to the BLT mount, which can be secured with glue or nut and bolt. Note: Some photos are of version 1.
