I created this model because all other models lacked sufficient stiffness for high-quality printing. I utilize bronze bushings due to their minimal play, yet you can employ any standard-sized bearings - four short or two long. I encircle the motor with cotton swabs to ensure the motor remains rigidly fixed, while the platform supporting the motor is not excessively thick, and the sound emitted by the motor does not transfer to the printer. The operating temperature of the motor is 35 degrees Celsius; a moderate-sized radiator suffices for cooling it. The weight of the completed model is approximately 80-100 grams plus the weight of the bearings, extruder, and motor. However, for printers featuring geometry with a movable table, this factor is inconsequential, as the table with a model typically weighs significantly more. This model exhibits no vibration or resonance, which results in extremely accurate printing. The extruder is positioned as close as possible to the axes, utilizing Plasma - PLA filament with a wall thickness of four layers and a filling of 1.2 mm Heroic. To achieve high-resolution prints and great acceleration, utilize a 16-tooth, two-gear clutch; avoid employing a 20-tooth configuration.
