Initially, construct a 4.5" x 4.5" rectangle and elevate it by 5". Next, employ the offset feature to create walls measuring 1/16" in thickness. Proceed with hollowing out the tissue box using the push-pull tool. Subsequently, on one side of the wall, form a 1/16" wide top. Lastly, insert a circle at the center and compress it until it vanishes by applying the push-pull tool.
